Science is all about experimentation—but your order shouldn't be. We carefully prepare every science kit, box, and online course to make sure your learning experience starts smoothly.

Physical Products (Science Kits & Boxes)

Once you place your order, we'll carefully pack your science kit or box and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed or additional shipping charges may apply.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives with any issues, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping provider to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Once your payment is confirmed, your online course will be available through your Mohanad Science account, allowing you to start learning right away.
