Physical Products (Science Kits & Boxes)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

If you've changed your mind, you may return unused physical products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Online Courses

Because our online courses provide immediate access to digital content, they are non-refundable once course access has been granted.

If you experience technical difficulties, accidental purchase issues, or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you have access to your learning materials.
